Jeffrey A. Goldman, President and Founder

Dr. Goldman has served in defense for more than 15 years in the areas of data mining, remote sensing, and knowledge management technologies. Dr. Goldman was an NRO Technology Fellow from 2003-2004 where he developed a unique predictive Multi-Int fusion prototype He was also the program manager for NGA's mensuration system where he led a team of 40 engineers and mathematicians on a $50M (lifetime) complex NGA critical path program from red to green. He helped establish the CMMi level 3 process through a successful life cycle.

From 2005-2008, Dr. Goldman served as the Chief Scientist for ITS Corporation and later as the Director of Technology for a Business Unit of ITSG, a QinetiQ North America Company. He has won several awards including GD's President's Technology Award, their highest technical honor. He is the first recipient of the QinetiQ North America World Class Technology Award (2007) and an ESRI Special Achievement in GIS award (2007). Dr. Goldman has received multiple customer citations for his work in the IC including the prestigious Jim Morgan Award (2008) for innovation and engineering.

Since 2008, Dr. Goldman has launched his own venture and is the President of GoldBot Consulting, Inc., a Virginia S-Corporation. Within the first six months of operation, he established a significant footprint within the DoD/IC community serving several customers.

Dr. Goldman received his B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with honors and high distinction in 1991. He holds several masters degrees including an MBA from University of Baltimore. He currently is a certified program management professional (PMP) from the Program Management Institute (PMI). Dr. Goldman's doctoral dissertation work at the University of California, Los Angeles (1998) was in the area of knowledge discovery for free-form text documents (text mining).
